Open any photo. I took a cactus picture- i just love them :0)

First make your picture black and white:
Image-Adjustments-Desaturate:

Add some noise:
Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur
and put 1 pixel:

Add grain: Filter-Texture-Grain
and set Intensity to 5,
Contrast to 1,
Grain Type to Vertical:
